The Cascade R Helmet is no longer NOCSAE certified for play. Cascade Lacrosse has developed a fix that requires any owner of a Cascade R Helmet to send their helmet in free of charge to Cascade for the fix. Players with an R helmet need to get this fix in order to be approved to play Lacrosse with this helmet. For more details on the situation and what you need to do if you have an R helmet click HERE. The Warrior Regulator helmet was also decertified. For more information on the details behind the decertification of these helmets you can click here.
